"As parents of the bride we were determined to have a live group despite our daughter’s desire to just have a disco supported by comments like none of my friends will dance and I have never heard of any of the songs (to be fair to her she grew up in the US). The reality is the dance floor was packed from the very moment you started playing until your final song. The number of unsolicited really positive comments we received was amazing including a 180 degree change of opinion from our daughter who danced her way throughout the whole evening. One particularly nice comment from some of the older members was that they really enjoyed hearing you both sing which as an older member is a far cry from many wedding bands! It was a real pleasure to have you all at the reception particularly when some of you got on the dance floor and played amongst the guests. A nice touch! "Junction River, if I could use just one word that word would be WOW. They played at our daughters wedding in October 2016 and right from the word go I knew we had made the right choice. All the band individually are fantastic musicians and together they produce such a polished sound that you can't help but love them. Nothing was too much trouble, and any special requests that we had had were performed to perfection. The dance floor was packed all night, and there were people dancing who wouldn't normally get up and dance. We had so many fantastic comments about the band and Sarah was always prompt with her communication before the wedding which really put me at ease. Just want to say a massive thank you to Junction River for performing at our wedding last weekend. We knew you would be good but you guys were absolutely amazing! You learnt and sang our first dance song beautifully and then continued by getting everyone up on the dance floor. We have had no end of compliments from our guests!
