The Vinyls are Surrey's favourite Retro wedding band for hire. Performing all of your favourite dance floor fillers, from the likes of Little Richard and Kings Of Leon, The Vinyls guarantee to make your wedding party one to remember!

The Vinyls are a very experienced live band and regularly entertain at weddings in Surrey and surrounding areas. The band come fully self-contained with professional PA, lighting and a bespoke pre-mixed disco before and after live sets - so your whole night of entertainment is sorted in just one booking! On top of that, the band will even perform your choice of first dance!

If you're looking to extend the live music to cover your ceremony or drinks reception, The Vinyls offer a live lounge style acoustic set which can create the perfect atmosphere for the early part of the day.

We were delighted with the band and our whole experience with the Tailored Entertainment team. The band were so accommodating with the postponements due to Covid and also some last minute changes we needed to make because of the weather and the Covid restrictions at the time and we are hugely grateful to them for that. FAQ

How long do you take to set-up?
60 minutes.

What time do you play?
Any time to suit you. Standard prices are for 2 hours of live music, anytime between 7pm and midnight.

How long do you play for?
We perform 2 x 60 minute live sets, the first a 50s inspired rock n roll set with upright bass and the second an indie rock/pop set full of all the best dance floor fillers from 60s to current chart.

Do you have your own PA and lighting?
Yes – all included in the price.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?
Yes.

Will you perform our first dance?
Yes, as long as we have two weeks notice we will learn the first dance of your choice.

How much space do you require?
We have played in some very small spaces, but ideally a minimum of around 2.5m x 5m.

How much power do you require?
2 x 13 amp sockets is fine for our system.

Do I need to provide food/drinks?
Ideally soft drinks and a hot meal or buffet. But this is certainly not a deal breaker so if you can’t provide this, just let us know in advance and we’ll bring food & drink with us.
